Delete Your NeoProLab Couriers Account

Who this applies to

This process is for people who have a courier login for the NeoProLab Couriers Android app (com.neoprolab.courier) and want their courier account and associated app profile removed from NeoProLab systems.

If you created an account through our website registration flow, the same email address and contact information are used to verify your identity before we delete the account.

How to request account deletion

Contact NeoProLab using one of the methods below and ask us to delete your NeoProLab Couriers courier account.

1. Email (recommended): Send a message from the email address on your courier account to privacy@neoprolab.com with the subject line NeoProLab Couriers account deletion request.
2. Phone: Call +1 (508) 933-6750 and ask to request deletion of your NeoProLab Couriers courier account.

Include in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address used for your courier account
• The phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you want your NeoProLab Couriers account deleted

We may use information already associated with your account to verify that you are the account holder before we process a deletion request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

What we delete

When we approve and complete a verified deletion request for a courier account, we delete or disable access to data tied to that account, including:

• Your user account and login credentials (username/email and password authentication)
• Courier profile information stored for your account (such as name, email address, and phone number)
• Vehicle and courier profile details stored for your account in NeoProLab systems
• Optional profile photo stored for your account, if applicable
• Your ability to sign in to the NeoProLab Couriers app with that account

What may be retained

Some information may be kept after your account is deleted when we are required or permitted to do so under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This may include:

• Records related to deliveries you performed (including operational delivery history)
• Proof-of-delivery photos and related delivery documentation
• Precise location data collected during active deliveries, where retained as part of delivery or operational records
• In-app operational messages and communications retained as business records
• Earnings, payout, and billing-related records associated with completed courier work
• Audit logs and security records (as described under “Data Security Measures” in our Privacy Policy)
• Information we must retain to comply with legal obligations, including HIPAA-related requirements where applicable

Retention period for retained information

Our Privacy Policy describes that erasure requests are handled subject to legal limits and that we maintain audit logs and comply with legal obligations such as HIPAA where applicable. We do not publish a single fixed retention period for all data types on this page.

Information that is retained after account deletion is kept for the duration required or permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, including compliance, security, billing, and operational record-keeping needs.
